Privacy Policy

In short: ROAG has no servers and collects nothing. Your API keys, logins and balances stay in your own browser. The extension only contacts each captcha or proxy provider you add, to read your balance.
This policy explains how the ROAG browser extension ("the extension", "we") handles information. It applies to the extension and to this website.
Information the extension stores on your device
To work, the extension saves the following in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). It stays on your device, is not synced to your Google account, and is never sent to us.

Information the extension sends, and to whom
- To each captcha provider you add: the credentials for that provider, sent directly from your browser to that provider's official API, only to read your account balance. A key for one provider is never sent to any other provider.
- To proxy providers that use your login (the proxy providers listed in the extension and on roag.io): instead of an API key, the extension asks that provider's API for your plan's remaining data, and your browser attaches the login you already have on their website, the same as when you open their dashboard. The extension does not read, copy or store that login. It keeps only the data-left, total and balance numbers, and for ISP orders the number of IPs, price, expiry date and auto-renew setting. It discards everything else, such as proxy passwords and IP addresses.
- To Discord, only if you add a webhook: alert messages containing the provider name, your nickname for the account and its balance, sent to the webhook URL you entered.
These services handle that information under their own privacy policies. The extension sends nothing anywhere else.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not operate servers for the extension, and it contains no analytics, tracking, advertising or remote code. We never receive your credentials, balances or browsing activity.
This website is a static page with no cookies or analytics. The company that hosts it may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.
Sale and use of data
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone. Data is used only to provide the extension's single purpose (showing your captcha balances and alerting you when they run low), and is never used for advertising, creditworthiness or lending decisions.
Referral links
Some "Create account" or "Sign up" links on this website and in the extension may be referral links. If you sign up through one, the provider may pay us a commission. Clicking a link simply opens the provider's website. No information from the extension is shared with them.
Deleting your data
Remove an account in the extension's settings to delete its saved details and balance history. Uninstalling the extension deletes all of its stored data from your browser.
Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
